Proside was present at this year HCist´2014 conference (International Conference on Health and Social Care Information Systems and Technologies) that took place in Troia, Aqualuz Resort & Conference Hotel, 15-17 October 2014.
Attended by over 200 participants from the four corners of the world, including researchers, academics, members of the public administration, government officials, and other public and private entities with an interest in health.
At this event Proside had the opportunity to present its new products for health:
- PatientRightNow (a partnership with CI2 - Centre for Research and Creativity in Computer Science) a viewer of medical history for health professionals, which eliminates the need to use paper and makes the entire consultation process data faster and simpler;
- Centralized Point of Contact - a complete multi-channel solution to integrate with the various administrative areas, where the client can discuss issues related to the institution and obtain the information he needs more quickly and accurately.
Beyond this news Proside also showed what it's been doing best for the last ten years, and which also falls in healthcare sector, Queue Management - a complete management system for the whole process of service to the public that seeks a drastic reduction queues and the perception of lost time.
