Hard skills
- Network configuration (IP addressing)​
- Understanding of network architecture (routers, switches, firewalls)
- VPN configuration and usage (OpenVPN)
- Installation and management of operating systems​
- Knowledge of productivity tools (Excel, Teams, etc.)​
- Office365 maintenance (account management)
- Documentation skills and use of ticketing tools
- Driver’s license
